How to lose weight in 1 week/ 7 days



 Overview:

Just imagine yourself in front at the mirror in normal statistics. I read and take a lot of fat burner and instructions but none of them works. Now I'm sharing this to you my way of my own and hope this will work for you too. The very simple way to loose weight safe and effective but takes a lot of discipline and willpower. If you will do this you have to put in your mind that you really want to loose weight. Everything will follow and surely your motivation will come up if you can now see the result in yourself. Let's start.

Ingredients:

  • discipline
  • vitamins and minerals
  • fruits and vegetables
  • willpower
Instructions:
1. Every men and women at age 18+ needs a 2000+ calories starting at 60kg a day. If you want to loose weight you have to cut your food intake less than 2000 cal a day.
2.  Eat at breakfast. We consume much of our energy in what we eat in the morning. I eat much at breakfast than lunch and dinner. Especially carbohydrates. At lunch and diner I only eat fruit and vegetables. When i got starve I eat fruits. I advice to eat more vegetables at dinner. It will give you good bowel and extra energy. Be sure you have plenty of them at your home. If you feel dizzy at start, its time to take extra vitamins and minerals.
3. Do exercises. I go and exercise to the gym at weekdays and rest at weekend. Be sure to burn calories even in light workout.

Only three instruction and easy to follow. I loose 3kls in doin it in a month. Goodluck!
