ixwebhosting down and system maintenance for mysqlserver and hosting account

 Its been weeks now that ixwebhosting.com is down for maintenance. It says: There was an error processing your request. Our programming team as been informed about the problem and will take care of it shortly.

        But they can't say estimated time when it will be fixed. I bought a hosting a week ago now now its been days its been down. They can't even create me a brand new one and say it is also halted.. Hope you programming team to fixed this soon..
